autoshoot.ch (the “Service”) helps you transform photographs of vehicles into studio-style images using generative artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Every render produced by the Service is generated by an AI model. Outputs are interpretations, not photographs. While we tune our models to preserve the look, colour, geometry and badging of the source vehicle as faithfully as possible, results are not a pixel-perfect 1:1 reproduction of the original. Small details — including logos, text, trim, reflections, lighting, plate numbers or background — may differ, drift or be re-imagined by the model.

You should review every output before using it commercially. Treat renders as creative visualisations, not as evidence of the vehicle's exact condition, equipment or specification.

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the renders. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the rights and permissions to use it;
• You have the right to depict the vehicle, any visible trademarks, badges and any identifiable elements;
• The content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, and does not contain unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.

You retain ownership of your uploads and of the renders generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of operating, securing and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to misrepresent a vehicle's true state for sale or insurance purposes, to impersonate a manufacturer, to bypass quotas, to reverse-engineer the models, or to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

You are free to use your renders for personal and commercial purposes (listings, social media, portfolios). Where local rules require it — for instance, in regulated vehicle marketplaces — please disclose that the image was created or enhanced with AI.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Render credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Failed renders are refunded to your quota automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Model behaviour, presets and pricing may evolve over time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms via the product or by email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autoshoot.ch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
